These terms are an agreement between you and Cats Build Ltd, of Office 17907, 182-184 High Street North, East Ham, London, United Kingdom, E6 2JA (“we”, “us”), who run Repurpy at repurpy.com. By creating an account or using Repurpy you accept them. If you use it for a business, you confirm you can bind that business to these terms.
Repurpy plans short videos for your business and sends you finished videos with captions, usually each morning. You choose what to post, and where. We don’t post anything for you.
Access is by invitation. Keep your sign-in details safe and tell us at once if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for what happens under it, and you must give us accurate information.
You can cancel at any time from the Plan section of your Profile, which opens Stripe’s billing portal. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, then stops. We don’t charge anything further after that.
Payments are not refunded for a period that has already started, except where the law says otherwise or where we have made a mistake. If you think you were charged in error, email [email protected] within 30 days and we will put it right. Nothing here affects your legal rights as a consumer.
You keep ownership of the photos, videos, logos, text and other material you give us (“your content”). You give us a licence to store, process and edit it, and to use it to make videos for you, only so that we can provide Repurpy to you. You confirm that you have the right to use your content, and that it doesn’t break the law or anyone else’s rights.
You may use the videos and captions we make for you in your business. We may use AI to help make them, so they can be similar to videos made for other people. Check each video before you post it: you are responsible for what you publish, including that it is accurate and that you have permission from anyone who appears in it.
The same goes for messages. Repurpy suggests people and places to reach from public information and writes messages for you, but never sends them: you choose whether to send each one, from your own accounts. Check them first, send them only where the law allows, and stop contacting anyone who asks you to.
Don’t use Repurpy to break the law, to publish anything misleading, hateful, harassing, or that infringes someone’s rights, to upload anything you don’t have permission to use, to try to get into other people’s accounts or our systems, or to copy or resell the service. We may pause or close an account that does.
Repurpy works with other services, such as Stripe for payments and the AI and hosting providers described in our Privacy Policy. Their own terms apply to your use of them, and we aren’t responsible for them.
We work hard to keep Repurpy running but can’t promise it will always be available or error free. We may improve, change or remove features. If we make a change that materially harms you, we’ll tell you.
You can stop using Repurpy and ask us to delete your account at any time by emailing [email protected]. We may suspend or close your account if you break these terms or don’t pay, telling you why where we can. When an account is closed we delete your content as set out in the Privacy Policy.
Repurpy is provided “as is”. We don’t guarantee any particular result, such as more customers, followers or sales. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential loss or for lost profit, and our total liability to you for anything connected with Repurpy is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
We may update these terms. If the change matters, we’ll email you or tell you in Repurpy before it takes effect. If you carry on using Repurpy after that, you accept the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales can hear any dispute. If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the UK you may also bring a case in your local courts.
